Contest Rules:
- Videos must be submitted by October 20 - the contest will not run for the entire month of October.
- The video must be on theme. If your video is not on theme, we may remove it and it will not be eligible for a prize. To be on the theme your video must include elements of Halloween.
- Videos must be at least 7 minutes long.
- Videos more than 1-year-old are not eligible.
- Any evidence of fraudulent behavior will lead to the removal of contest entry, without the ability to resubmit an entry in the same month. Repeated offenses may lead to more significant consequences.
Videos that do not meet the rules may be removed form the contest.
